Children have the right to grow-up in a safe and nurturing environment no matter where they are living. They deserve to have healthy relationships with their siblings, parents, and grandparents. Kids also have the right to visit their family members without undue adult pressures.

Grandparents should have the right to form a healthy relationship with their grandchildren. Under current law, grandparents are "entitled" to visitation only under certain circumstances. We believe that grandparents deserve to play an important role in grandchildren's lives, so long as that is in the child's best interest.
